The Condition Monitoring System (CMS) is a solution that enables the diagnosis of damage to critical points of the wind turbine drive system (main shaft, gear, generator) in the early stage.
Integrated vibration and temperature sensors located in eight key measurement points carry out the measurement on an ongoing basis, and the data provided indicates the current level of vibration and possible exceedances. The system operates autonomously, independently of the turbine manufacturer’s controller, so it can be successfully installed on any type of wind turbine.
Our device received a calibration certificate at the Central Mining Institute (GIG) in Katowice, in a laboratory accredited by PCA and ILAC-MRA.
